What is Technical Education? The definition of technical education is the broad field of study that prepares people to do skilled work in the industries. Technical education often refers to a program of study or set of courses, such as engineering, mechanical, and electrical engineering. It also refers to the study of scientific and engineering principles through hands-on activities, demonstration of practical applications, experiments, and research.
