The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) was established in the past, making it the oldest examination board in Pakistan. It is wholly managed by the Government of Punjab and is considered one of the top five educational boards in Pakistan that are providing quality education at all levels. The first major breakthrough came in a year, when a college education was nationalized with the establishment of Islamia College University, Lahore, to become the first public sector university in Pakistan. Since then its universities have become a major attraction for students both domestically and globally. Punjab Examination Commission is an organization that administers public examinations. Important Note for Punjab Examination Commission Jobs
The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) is the largest examination commission in Pakistan. It consists of regional offices supervised by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) located in each region. The managing body behind the PEC is the Council of Punjab University. PEC conducts yearly exams and estimates thousands of students per year in four different programs. The commission was established as the Punjab Board of Intermediate Education, before being renamed BISE after it had opened up offices in Lahore and Rawalpindi. Subsequently, it was renamed the Punjab Board of Secondary Education after its offices were expanded to Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Sialkot. The Punjab Examination Commission has finally published the date sheet of the HSSC Class annual exams. These exams will start in February. The main objective of this act is to formulate and execute uniform policies, principles, and guidelines in order to maintain standards in examinations of schools, colleges, and Universities.
