Holidays 2020 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Educational Institutions. Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued Holidays Notification No. SOG/E&SE/1-48/2020, Dated Peshawar 25-11-2020. Winter vacations in KPK. Hence Pursuant to decisions taken in the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Continence (IPEMC) held on 23rd November 2020. Similarly, the following instructions notified for strict compliance:

However, winter vacations shall observe from 24th December 2020 to 10th January 2021. Similarly, this schedule will be simultaneously applied to both summer and winter zone educational institutions. Likewise, the decision for extending winter vacations for winter zone educational institutions shall be notified later. Furthermore, Educational institutions will close for the students from 26th November 2020 to 23rd December 2020 and thereafter for winter vacations. However, during the closure period from 26th November to 23rd December staff of educational institutions will continue to attend their institutions for providing/facilitating home-based learning to students. Hence this home-based learning may provide/facilitate through online lessons and/or through the provision of homework/assignments on weekly basis and their assessment. Similarly, Students may also be encouraged and guided to make use of online resources already made available by the department on its website (kpleaming.kpese.gov.pk).

Most noteworthy, Public sector schools, private schools, academies, madaris, and other educational institutions. Hence which does not have the facility of providing online classes authorize to call in students on a grade basis. Similarly in such a way that one grade students called for attendance for only one day in a week and that too as per staggered schedule for giving homework. Likewise, assignments, distributing teaming material and providing teaching assistance/feedback/guidance to the students. Hence to facilitate and augment their home-based teaming.

Hence the institution’s management shall ensure strict adherence to the already issued COVID-I9 SOPs for the staff. Similarly, students and all those who work or are present in any capacity within the premises of educational institutions. Likewise, all internal school examinations planned to be held in December shall now be rescheduled in January after vacations. Furthermore, all public/private boarding schools shall shift to online lessons and may continue to provide accommodation to a maximum of 30% of its students. Similarly who do not have the facility of taking online classes for the period from 26^th November to 23rd December 2020. Likewise for which educational institutions are providing/facilitating home-based teaming.

Hence the students who will allow boarding will house strictly in accordance with COVID-I9 SOPS. Similarly, all teacher training programs/recruitments shall continue as per their schedules subject to strict adherence to COVID-19 SOPS. Likewise, The aforementioned instructions will continue to be assessed in the context of the prevailing COVID-l9 situation and will be subject to review in consultation with the National Command and Control Centre.
